Of course, there is always the chance that you are not happy with your purchase. In situations like these, we will do our very best to make it right. In our experience, the best way to do that is to talk live. Please send us an email at support@lisahilquist.com to schedule a time to talk through your concerns. If, in the end you decide you need to return your purchase, please email us for return information and a free shipping label.
