SHIPPING POLICY

Each piece of jewelry is carefully packaged in a small cotton-cushioned box to ensure a protected and careful delivery to your home. Lisa Hilquist Art Jewelry is happy to offer FREE shipping over $100! Orders below $100 will include a flat-rate shipping cost of $7 to the United States, and $20 internationally. All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail; delivery times vary depending on location, but is usually around 2-5 business days.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES, & REPAIRS

Our return policy is simple: if you are dissatisfied with your purchase, simply contact us within seven days of receiving your item and inform us of your discrepancy. The purchase price of the merchandise will be credited back to your original method of payment minus shipping cost. Please return your item with original packaging. Returns will be reviewed for original condition.

 

Please remember all special/custom orders AND sale items are considered not returnable.

For exchanges, a new charge will be issued to your account for the replacement cost difference, plus shipping. A return slip will be given to you digitally from our team.

If you need one of our pieces repaired please contact us via email at support@lisahilquist.com. There may be a slight charge for repairs so please notify us beforehand to discuss the piece in question. All repairs will be made on a first-received, first-repaired basis and will be returned to you promptly.
